MSM is MethylSulfonylMethane, a naturally occurring organic source of biologically available nutritional sulfur, an important dietary component in fresh fruits and vegetables commonly lost during storage and cooking. Sulfur is a critical component of many important amino acids contained in our cellular proteins.
What Is MSM Plus?
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is organic sulfur in its natural form. Your body uses this form of sulfur to help form glycosaminoglycans or GAGs. The GAGs are spongy molecules that hold water to provide lubrication to the joints and act as “shock absorbers.”
GAGs are the basic substrate of cartilage, ligaments, tendons and bones. During the day, connective tissue is constantly being broken down and replaced so there is a constant need for adequate supplies of sulfur. HOW TO TAKE MSM PLUS
